As a financial consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for warm leads and existing customers. This is an inbound & outbound sales role that makes you more than just a salesperson – you’ll become a trusted partner for our team working towards helping our customers. You will drive sales via warm leads, carefully define customer needs, and cultivate relationships, while guiding investment strategies with a defined set of tools and solutions. All the while, we will provide the invaluable ongoing training that keeps our teams at the forefront of our industry and opens pathways to further career development.
The Expertise We Are Looking For:
- Effective verbal, phone, e-mail and online communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the financial services instruments, economy and industry
- Strong time management to balance all components of the sales process from prospecting warm leads to post sale follow up and reporting
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 or ability to pass the test(s) within 90 days of being hired
- Life and Health Insurance license or ability to pass the test(s) within 90 days of being hired
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, seminars, conferences and other business-related functions, 5-8 days per quarter.
